To solve this, we built a centralized platform where users can manage bookings, attendees, vendors, schedules, assets, notifications, and real-time event tracking in one place. The solution helps businesses reduce manual work, improve coordination between teams and clients, and manage events with better speed, accuracy, and control.

Understanding Industry Challenges
Teemlio identified several common challenges faced by event businesses and wanted to build a scalable software product to solve them. Their vision was to launch a SaaS-based solution that could be offered to the event industry on a subscription model, helping businesses simplify operations and improve overall event execution.
